Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB) Elite Program, and form a binding agreement between you and Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB) Sole proprietarship If you sign up for the Elite membership program, you accept these terms and conditions in entirety. Additionally, your usage of any of the other services or products of Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB)continue to be governed by their respective "Terms of Use", "Privacy Policy", "Return & Cancellation Policy" and other applicable legal documents.

Membership

1. Elite membership may be purchased through invite-only and through the Pure Relax bedsheet(PRB)portal
2. Payment for the membership may be made through online prepayment ("Prepaid") and COD (Cash on Delivery) methods.
3. For Prepaid orders, Elite Membership, once purchased, cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, Elite Membership can be cancelled only when the entire order is cancelled. However, cancellation is permissible only when:
   • It is within 2 to 3days of purchase.
   • The customer has not used any Elite Benefits.

Membership Fee

The Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB)Elite membership fee ("Fee") is stated on the Pure Relax Bedsheet (PRB)Elite membership page. The Fee charged may vary from time to time, and unless specifically stated otherwise, is inclusive of all taxes. The Fee is non-refundable and the membership may not be cancelled once purchased, except as provided within these terms.

Membership Conditions

1. Pure Relax Bedsheet (PRB) reserves the right to accept or refuse Elite membership, at its sole discretion.
2. Elite members consent to receiving communication from Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB) through any registered medium of communication.
3. Elite membership or any benefits thereunder are not transferable.
4. Elite members may not use their membership to purchase products for the purpose of resale or rental, and the Elite services may not be used by any party to ship products to its own customers or potential customers.
5. Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB)may, at its sole discretion, choose to modify the benefits provided under Elite.
6. Pure Relax Bedsheet (PRB) failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
7. Pure Relax Bedsheet (PRB)and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to Elite.
8. Total liability for Elite, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the Fee last paid.
9. The exclusions and limitations of liability contained within these terms and in the provisions of other policies applicable to an Elite member's use of the Pure Relax Bedsheet (PRB)platform, shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law and will survive the cancellation or termination of Elite membership.

Agreement

Pure Relax Bedsheet (PRB)may, in its sole discretion, alter and amend these terms or any aspect of Elite, including the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" on the Pure Relax Bedsheet(PRB)platforms, without any notice to members. You are required to visit the website from time to time and be informed of any changes in these terms and conditions.
